DairyNZ cares about the health, safety and wellbeing of its people and is committed to ensuring everyone we interact with as part of our activities, goes home safe every day.
As a Contractor providing a service for DairyNZ, it's important we work together to meet our joint obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA).
To assist with meeting these obligations we require our contractors and service providers to complete our health and safety questionnaire and agreement. The questionnaire and agreement provide assurance that suitable health and safety processes are in place and forms a foundation agreement on how we work together under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015. What do I need to do and how long will it take?
The form requests you to provide business information, answer some health and safety related questions and upload a copy of your health and safety policy (if you have one). You are also required to read our health and safety standards and policy.
In most cases it will take approximately 10-15minutes to complete the form. There is an option to save the progress of your form and come back to it at any time.
What happens after I submit the form?
We’ll review the form and contact you in the event we have any queries. Otherwise, you’ll receive an email from us confirming our agreement.
Please note the agreement will remain valid for a period of 2 years, at which time we will invite you to renew our agreement to ensures you remain a health and safety approved contractor.
